About UCAN
UCAN has been set up as a charity dedicated to raising awareness of urological cancers, and improving support and quality of life for people and families who are affected.
Prostate cancer is the commonest male cancer and 1 in 12 men will develop it during their lifetime.
In Grampian alone, around 800 men are referred every year with suspected prostate cancer. Of these, 200 have the diagnosis confirmed, and 75% of them leave it too late for treatment.
Don't be too late, visit the main UCAN site HERE to find out more. |
